Recently had the pleasure of working with Gafur from BelleReal to find an apartment to rent in Balat. I was impressed with his approach, he provided many beautiful options and was very quick to respond. Thanks to him, we found a perfect place with stunning views and brand-new furniture, and signed a contract within a couple of days!He was also extremely helpful and efficient, making the rental process as smooth and stress-free as possible, and explained in detail all the paperwork. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and helped with all small repairs and tweaks after we moved into a flat, making sure we had everything we needed.Overall, I highly recommend Gafur for anyone looking to rent an apartment in Fatih, Balat or in the center of Istanbul. He is friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to helping his clients!Don’t pay attention to negative reviews on google maps, it must be competitors, he is one of the best real estate agents i worked with, it's a shame he has such a rating because of them.

Responsive, honest and very nice person.We found his ad on Sahibenden, but he ended up offering a much more interesting option with a stunning view of Balat and at the same time on completely sane terms.Attentive to check in, if something is not working - he fixes it himself or sends a handyman.

This agency is trustworthy, we had a good experience! Gafur helped us sign the contract and negotiate with the owners. He keeps helping us with all the issues we have with the apartment. Thank you !
