Waited roughly two hours to speak the the most dismissive unhelpful cold-hearted witch.Shame on you for your lack of empathy, compassion or communication skill in a persons time of need. Overall pretty useless definitely not well job matched.In a nutshell I rang for help back to the UK after being stranded due to a GLOBAL CRISIS and she had so little patience with helping me “because it not what they do here” true embarrassment to the British nation.However thank you Paula from Jet2 who spent an hour on the phone with me checking routes outside of her company and even trains to help me get home to the UK! Take a lesson from Paula.

Lady we spoke to was very helpful with advice after my sons passport was stolen. After applying for an emergency one on the Sunday it was at the Consulate on the Monday morning, even though they said a minimum of two days. Enabled me to get on with arranging new flights on the Monday afternoon. Thanks.

was arranging my affidavit as I am getting married in Antalya. The lady I dealt with saw us earlier then our appointment as no on was waiting and was really professional and helpful. She answered all my questions even though some of it was not related to the affidavit.

I think it is quite natural that the consultants of the British Vice Consulate of the United Kingdom in Antalya need to look for and also work for the British citizens of only in the United Kingdom as Antalya is a very important, very significant and also very popular British touristic hot-spot in Turkey for the citizens in the United Kingdom there. I also quite like the British Vice Consulate of the United Kingdom's in Turkey Antalya's works in Turkey as greatly appreciated as possible and forever and ever after as the United Kingdom and Turkey relations and the United Kingdom and Turkey ties there.

Spoke to a cold hearted witch and that’s the nicest way I could put it. We have been attacked in our hotel by staff including a manager. We requested assistance including getting local authorities to come to help and protect me and my family and she just didn’t care at all saying ring the police yourself.
