The staff don’t speak English nor Arabic. They told me that MoneyGram system is not working, but when I contacted MoneyGram and they said that everything is working well. I offered the bank the number to call MoneyGram toll free to get further assistance so they can give me my money but they refused. They ignored me completely when I was trying to communicate with them. A lady works there told me Turkish ONLY with anger in her face. I left the bank thinking they hate foreigners. We are guests in their country. That’s not how you treat a guest. I am never coming back. I feel sorry I had to use their poor service.
