Safir Rent A Car
We rent the car over their website but they never updated us as they had problems with their system. Then we remind ourselves through email three days before trip, however, they again confused names on trip day after heaps of troubles. They didn't welcome us and most importantly no one could speak English even though they have English language option in the website. On the top of that the way of dealing with customers is neither appropriate nor respectful. So, we never use this agency again.

18 ay içinde 7defa kiraladım hiç bir sorun çıkmadı herkese tavsiye ederim . İn 18 Monaten habe ich 7 Mal gemietet, kein Problem, würde ich jedem empfehlen.

Araba kiraladik, araba cekildi ve cezayi ödedik. nasil oluyorsa tekrardan kiraladigim safirrentcara tekrardan crza bedeli ödemem gerekiyordu bu nasil oluyor? Müsteriden para koparmak derim buna. Bidaha asla. servis iyi olabilir ama, müsteriyi kandirip tekrardan para koparmak cok komik
