Kesinlikle ama kesinlikle uzak durun. Bizlere sigara içmememize rağmen iftira attılar ve fazladan ücret aldılar. Ayrıca havalimanında bir büroları yok dolayısıyla muhattap sadece aracı teslim eden ve alan şahıslar. Firma sahibiyle görüşüp öyle cevap veriyorlar. Daha çok onların insafına kalıyorsunuz. Benden fazladan 2500 lira araçta sigara içildi parası kestiler ki ben sigara kullanmıyorum. Aracı teslim ettiğimiz insanlar ağızlarında sigarayla kontrol yapıp kıyı köşeden sigara külleri gösteriyorlar. Ayrıca firma sahibi çok ama çok kaba. Telefonda saygısızca cevap verip ellerindeki provizyona güvenip telefonu yüzünüze kapatabiliyorlar. Sonucunda da provizyondan 2500₺ çekim yapıldı. Şu anda mağdur durumdayım .UZAK DURUN. Biraz daha fazla verin ama güvenilir firmalardan araç kiralayın.

STAY AWAY. I don't often leave bad reviews but feel that I have to in this case. Business run on a scam model. First off, the agency is not located at the airport but 1km away. This is important for the rest of the experience. Asked for 10 times the deposit amount specified by the booking. Do not accept prepaid and debit card for guarantee deposit, nor American express Credit Cards. This for the purpose of charging you extra for insurance (no deposit? No problem if you buy their insurance), at an amount at their discretion. In our case, this was more then the rental cost. On asking to extend one more day, tried to charge us more than the initial amount per day (despite their initial insurance of charging at same daily rate). Never sent the extension contract so as far as I know, they pocketed the extra day of insurance. And finally when giving the car back, charged an extra 25 EUR cleaning charge for a yoghurt spot on the seat. In total, tripled the total cost of the rental. Because you are in the middle of nowhere, you have no choice but to accept the extra charges. Extremely shady practices that give a bad reputation to the country :(

This was the worst car I have ever rented. It was worn out and dirty. The absolute worst and not fit for a loaner. It had exhaust fumes that came into the car from open window. Was terrible. I would never rent from them again and recommend that you do not either.

Ik moest €250 borg betalen. Ik kreeg mijn geld, nadat ik heel vaak moest bellen en app'en en een klacht mail naar skyscanner, 20 dagen na de afgesproken datum pas terug. Ik kreeg ook een ingedeukte auto van hun. Het was dus geen fijne ervaring.
