CatchLife Obesity | Gastric Sleeve Antalya

After battling with my weight all of my teens and most of my 20’s I decided that in December I was going to get a gastric sleeve. I went with CatchLife and couldn’t fault the service that they provided to me, along with lots of reassurance as a solo traveller. My initial point of contact was Tunahan who went above and beyond to accommodate me being able to get surgery in the 11 day time frame I gave him to coincide with my annual leave. He answered any questions that I had and was mindful that I was anxious about having surgery abroad. I booked my flights and confirmed my surgery for the 19th Dec. Upon arrival to Antalya, I was met by Ahmet and Volkan who were so friendly and were my transport to the hospital. Here I met Arina, who I instantly clicked with and felt comfortable around from the get go. She coordinated my care with the nurses and translated anything I didn’t understand. She was with me on my surgery day, there for my endoscopy and all pre-op tests. My surgeon was Dr Umut Gunduz who I thoroughly researched prior to booking, along with separate research on Termessos Hospital. He was so friendly, made me feel relaxed and explained the procedure. He visited me post op and checked my drains also. Upon discharge, I was taken back to the airport by the driver. Although you cannot get aftercare per sè when you have surgery in Turkey, I have been in contact with Tunahan since about any post-op queries that I’ve had and he has been more than helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend CatchLife for their service provision and should I choose to opt for more surgery in the future, I would 100% be back.

Amazing experience with CatchLife! I had my gastric sleeve on 7th of Feb.. I’m now 4 stone 2lb down and I feel amazing. The care at the hospital was amazing, the surgeon was extremely knowledgeable and I’ve been able to contact CatchLife regularly. I can’t recommend these guys enough! Tunahan has been amazing at answering all my questions and Arina was amazing who supported me in hospital. ❤️

Cannot fault CatchLife Obesity! From my first enquiry my coordinator, Tunahan, was extremely helpful and very fast responding to any queries or worries I had. Everything was organised as promised, for both myself and my companion. Our field coordinator, wema, met us at the hospital and was so friendly and helpful. She was available throughout each day to offer support with translations with some of the nurses (who were all lovely and very attentive!) and answered many questions throughout our stay. I'm currently 4 days post op after Gastric Sleeve and would highly recommend this company!!

My story began over 20 years ago in the UK when I had breast cancer, I had a breast reconstruction, using skin from my stomach area.For many years I have been very conscious of the excess skin left on each side of my hips from this surgery..commonly known as dog ears"I have always wanted to have this corrected

I had my gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Umut a month ago, I had an amazing experience and amazing recovery. I'm very thankful to Tunaham for being an amazing coordinator and also to Arina who gave me support at the hospital and excellent customer service! At the hospital I stayed most of the staff speak a little English very friendly and helpful. I'm really happy with my choice and my surgery.

Had an absolutely brilliant time with Catchlife.From the initial enquiry with Catchlife, the process has been fabulous. Tunahan, my coordinator, was very informative and supportive. He answered all questions, regardless of time and wasn’t afraid to say “I don’t know, but I’ll find out” which was reassuring!On arrival, I was provided with VIP transport and taken to my hotel. My hotel was gorgeous! The following morning, I was taken for my pre-op checks. I had Arina with me at all time to help with any language barriers, who despite working such long hours had a smile on her face always! My op was done by Dr. Umut Riza Gunduz, with no complications. The entire procedure was smooth and the aftercare given by the nurses was brilliant as well.Overall my experience with Catchlife was marvellous and would 100% recommend to anyone considering life changing surgery.

I can't recommend Catchlife enough. From the first day I contacted Melike, to enquire about the Allurion balloon I have been nothing but impressed. Melike was very knowledgeable and answered all my (many) questions with detail and reassurance. I really liked the fact she gave me time to process and didn't pressure me like other companies I'd contacted. The minute we were picked up from the airport to the minute we left my mother and I were well looked after. Ertan my coordinator was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, giving me tips and reassurance at every stage. Dr.Mani and the nutriontist was also fantastic, very calming and supportive. The process was quick and simple, not at all painful. I have been really lucky and had no nausea at all just a little bit of heartburn now and then but otherwise it's been plain sailing so far. I am exactly 1 week post balloon, 11lb down and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner! We stayed at Sealife Lounge and the hotel was lovely and relaxing and the staff were amazing. Thank you to everyone at Catchlife who has helped me on my journey.
