They sold me tickets to Kos saying they’re for a ‘new catamaran’ but we ended up getting on a ferry. I called the agent who sold me the tickets whose name is Cagri, he said that he just woke up haven’t even washed his face and can’t deal with me right that moment!

Ужасный турагент ! Мошенники !!! При поездке в Эфес 6.08.2022 при входе мы оплатили ( так делают все ) . Он же на следующий день , начал требовать с нас денег за поездку , а это так то 120 евро , со словами что и в глаза не видел этих денег и мы лжем . При этом дал нам сдачу ! Целый день мы пытались донести , что оплату он взял при входе и дополнительно ничего не будем оплачивать . Итог : деньги у него как то нашлись , извинений мы не услышали , а отговорки что он много работает. Пытались дозвониться до офиса и там трубку не берут . Если вы хотите , чтоб вал отдых был испорчен - то вам нужно обращаться именно в эту компанию .

Bardzo kiepskie biuro podróży! Autobus do Efezu dostaliśmy kiepskiej jakości że słabą klimatyzacją oraz brudnymi i nie wygodnymi fotelami! Wycieczka była organizowana bardzo średnio przewodnikom bardziej zależało na biznesowych punktach wycieczki aniżeli na wspomnianym Efezie. Np. Kto z nas nie chciał jechać na ekstra płatną wycieczkę był zostawiany w malutkiej fabryce porcelany zamiast obok w mieście. Przewodnicy niemili i opryskliwi jak ktoś im zgłaszał swoje uwagi twierdzili że trzeba było nie jechać lub wybrać inne biuro! Tylko kto z nas o ich słabej jakości wiedział! Przykro mi NIE POLECAM!!!

Don’t believe all the negative reviews. I did the Ephesus tour and enjoyed it so much that I did the Pamukkale one aftwewards. My two tour guides were very knowledgeable on the history and location of the places. Both spoke very good English and went above and beyond to make the tour enjoyable. Yes they do take you to two stops along the way for shopping, which is bit of waste of time. But you also need to understand that they are not making a lot of money from only the tours and there is no pressure to buy anything. All in all 5 star trip. Thanks for a great experience!

Worst experience ever and partly total waiste of timeTourguide is kinda of lying to you when it comes to the locations you re re actually gonna go (2nd unexpectes vendingshow in the middle of nowhere instead mentioned before drop off at city of selcuk )Maybe not their fault, but vendors are telling that only the entry fee to virgin mary house is additional, in real you have to pay 11€ instead of 5€ or beeing dropped at the vemding show insteadGuides reacted rude to claim and denied what they promised in the mormingAVOID this trip / company not north it, can only confirm the bad experience mentioned below

Terrible choice. It would be too long to list all the mistakes they did.Just consider that we bought a tour to Ephesus, we spent 13 hours with them…only 1,5 viewing Ephesus and more than 5 stopping in all possible useless places, from gem shops….to candy stores…We asked and had a deal for a French guide which was not there, only English.They basically kidnapped us, terrible service, terrible food (and water was not included and costed 3 times more than in a normal place) and we also had to change 3 buses because they were broken and malfunctioning.After decades of travels all over the world I can easily say that hardly I found (and hopefully will find) a worse service.To be correct, they gave us back 10% of what we paid and bought a book to my daughter). Unfortunately this doesn’t give me back my time and does not make up for the negative emotions and deluded expectations.
