Check-in counter is inside the luggage hall - means you have your car key even before your luggage arrives - very convenient. Should be everywhere like this.Short walk to the parking area (through the full sun) and your car waits ready for you.We had an issue with the car and it was changed next day. We changed our mind and wanted to upgrade to an automatic, and they delivered it to the hotel next day. No extra charge. Best service.Very friendly staff. Easy to communicate.

L'addetto al banco non ha riconosciuto la mia carta di credito pensando fosse una prepagata. Ho contattato sia l'agenzia di noleggio Enterprise che Rentalcars confermandomi la validità della mia carta di credito. In conclusione 580€ persi per negligenza dell'addetto al banco. Aperta anche una segnalazione su Rentalcars (azione da loro consigliata per richiedere il rimborso) ma mi hanno rigettato la richiesta. Mai più rentalcars. Consiglio ad Enterprise di investire sulla formazione del proprio personale ignorante.

It was my first car rental experience in Turkey and by the time I write this review Ihad only positive experience. The procedure at the car rental counter was flawless. The young man at the rep office was helpful and very routined. He did not try to get me anything more expensive than what I asked for. The car we have chosen is very clean and as described by the rep guy. Make sure they write down the dents and scratches of the car. I can for sure recommend this office.

J'ai demandé une voiture économique alors ils m'ont donné une nouvelle voiture, la vérification a pris moins d'une minute, j'ai récupéré la voiture au bout de 10minC'est vraiment très professionnel de leurs partIls sont hyper rapide et sympathique, pour la restitution c'était la même chose juste une minute ou deux et tout était parfait si je reviendrai bien-sûr je le ferai avec la même société, il y a une station de carburant juste à la sortie de l'aéroport vers le côté gaucheMon voyage c'était en début du mois de septembre
