they sent surveyor to estimate my move and submitted their final/price. once they packed and taken the goods away from our house in Turkey they charged extra money stating that volume was higher........we did not add a single bit from what they saw during survey. On top of this they informed our agent that WE had been informed of the higher volume.......NOT TRUE !!!! Of course our agent had to pay as they would not release the consignment. We'll never recommend this company to anyone. If unluckely someone intend to use them makes sure they give a list of what they estimate and have it signed ..........very very bad experience

Almost 5 months that we have shipped our stuff with İstanbul Ekspress. We paid off everything ahead . They kept our stuff for 2 months inturkey . When they ship they told me I have to pay 2700 dollar more . 5 months we still don’t have our stuff in states . We already spent way more than 10000 . Also they haven’t done my cars customs right. I still don’t have the paperwork since 5 month I wish I can give a zero to This company . The guy Serkan kept stalling . Originally they told us it might take 2 months but I think 5 months is ridiculous. Don’t use this company

İstanbul Ekspres
Nerenin firması olduğu belli değil, zarara girmek için ideal bir taşıma firması. Gelenler hayatlarında ilk kez taşımacılık yapıyor gibiydi. Kırılmayan eşya, kapı, pervaz vs kalmadı. Ama en ultrası saksılı çiçeklerin kitaplarla dolu torbaya sokulup taşınması oldu. Bir de sözde dolap içlerini bile onlar taşıyacak ve yeni eve yerleştireceklerdi ancak bir odaya çöp gibi yığıp gitmişler. Korkunç ötesi korkunç
