Avoid booking tours with these fraudulent individuals when visiting Pamukkale. Despite offering a free shuttle from Denzil bus stop to Pamukkale and taking us to their office, they deceived us by charging for entry tickets to places that were actually free (such as Hierapolis, where they charged us 800 lira instead of the actual 400 lira entry fee). Furthermore, they overcharged us for a mere 4km taxi ride from our hotel to Hierapolis, claiming it was a full day's cab fare plus driver fee.They charged us an exorbitant amount of 5600 lira for activities that could have been done for only 3000 lira for a group of four people. Their pricing was outrageous and highly inflated, adding to their dishonest and unethical practices.Beware of these scammers!

詐騙集團真的跟各個評論都一樣當初搭乘夜行巴士到Denizli後光頭仔很熱心說 到棉堡不用錢 我們看著所有搭程要去棉堡的人也上了這班車後到那邊他就很熱心的介紹各個行程 我們因為下個行程是去伊士麥，他說隔一天可以安排開車到我們的下榻飯店，沿途玩庫什達西跟以弗所。包含兩個中餐跟第一天去棉堡的接送跟所有門票。一個人所費不吝 135$*2。我們想說可以到下榻飯店的話給他賺一點也沒差。沒想到的是，加了what’s app，除了一開始有回 後來都不理不睬，送的中餐難吃之外還吃到塑膠片，在行程的最後 竟然是叫我們自己打火車去伊士麥（有幫我們買車票真是謝了）。花錢買了一個非常差的經驗。

버스터미널 도착하자마자 짐 맏기는데 알려주는 셀를벨틸가 연계해서 택시타고 사무실 도착했어요이 사무실 사장님 마리오가 말 하길 버스터미널에서 버스 외 벌룬 투어 금액은 내지 말라고 하더라고요 (예약해주는 사람이 보증금 같이 돈 내라고 해서 냈음 .. 60유로 ) 날씨가 안좋아서 벌룬이 안뜨면 돈 환불 못받는다고 버스 외 다른 금액은 꼭 사무실 와서 결제하라고 함 (사무실은 취소되면 돈 돌려줌) 카파도키아 날씨가 안좋아서 여기서 벌룬 패러글라이딩 예약했어요 얛걙 ho갢당한거 같긴 한데 밥도 주고 차도 다 예약해줘서 괜찮은 거 같아요 카파도키아 보다 페티예 보다 저렴함

A éviter absolument. Arnaque totale le gérant est très sympathique, c'est un très bon orateur mais c'est aussi un escroc il propose des circuits dans pamukkale pour une somme exorbitante. Il promet un bon repas sous forme de buffet qui était infâme voir douteux (immense salle complètement vide, nourriture qui n'est même pas au frais, pleine de mouches). Il dit qu'il ne peut pas prendre la carte bleu puis plus tard un de ses collègues nous montre l'appareil à carte bleu... Enfin bref passez votre chemin quoi que vous fassiez à pamukkale cela vous coûtera beaucoup moins cher. Je ne met que très rarement des avis sur Google mais il me semblait important de signaler cette escroquerie pour éviter à d'autre la même mésaventure.

Do not trust or use. Avoid at all costs - they are scam artists. We only booked an airport transfer from them but this was just a pick up and drive up to the main road outside Pamukkale and then they force you onto a public bus. We only booked through them because they force tourists into their office after the 'free' pick up service from Denizli and give them a hard sell. We had read there was a free shuttle service by Kamil Koc from Denizli so thought it was legitimate but it was not. Ignore responses about being under new management - this office exists purely to separate tourists from their money for a service that is not as advertised and highly overpriced. There were other tourists being forced into spending much more than we did as we sat in their office waiting.Book anything you need through your hotel. Do not take their 'free' shuttle bus from Denizli - the dolmus are much safer, more reliable and easy to get from space 76 downstairs at Denizli bus station. Turkish people are overwhelmingly friendly and helpful but these scammers are the exception. They deliberately target tourists at their most vulnerable and use predatory tactics. Shameful.

SCEGLIETE UN'ALTRA COMPAGNIA E NON DATE SOLDI A QUESTA: se potessi darei zero stelle.Abbiamo preso un bus notturno della loro compagnia da Goreme, chiedendo esplicitamente come sarebbe avvenuto il trasferimento dalla stazione di Denizil a Pamukkale e ci è stato detto che ci sarebbe stato uno shuttle GRATUITO.Arrivate alle 5.40 di mattina a Denizil si è presentato l'autista di uno shuttle della compagnia, che ha preteso 15 lire turche a testa, dicendo che non esisteva nessuno shuttle gratuito incluso nel biglietto. Arrivate all'ufficio della compagnia nel centro di Pamukkale ci ha voluto insistentemente vendere il trasferimento in shuttle fino all'ingresso Sud del sito (2.5 km), al costo di 300 lire turche andata e ritorno (per 2.5 km!!!). Abbiamo accettato solo perché con il caldo previsto volevamo entrare prima possibile per visitare tutto nelle prime ore del mattino e non sembrava ci fossero in giro altre navette da poter prendere. Con estrema insistenza hanno provato a venderci un pacchetto ancora più caro comprendente anche un pranzo, ma abbiamo rifiutato. Modo di fare DA VERI LADRI!Ho anche provato a chiamare l'ufficio di Goreme per avere spiegazioni, ma è stato inutile perché non hanno saputo dirmi niente in merito.

This is a tour/travel company, not part of Kamilkoc bus company. They are friendly but after all they do business. They will sell travel services to you. Your cost may vary.Do your own research for transport options to/from Pamukkale. In front of this shop (Attaturk Cd. meets Turgut Ozai Cd.) or near the Cami mosque is the otobus (dolmus) stop from/to Denizli Otogari (bus terminal). Dolmus cost is cash TL 14 per person as of March 2023. In Denizli Otogari, this Dolmus is located 1 lower floor (for local Denizli buses) of the intercity busses. There is also luggage storage (TL 50) in Denizli Otogari.

Totally tourisy scam. Never use what they offer to you. After they take your money, everything gonna change. Totally different with what they told us before. This is our worst experience in our whole trip in turkey.

NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO! Si pudiera ponerle 0 estrellas lo haría. Nos quiso vender tours, los cuales son innecesarios, a un precio carísimo. No solo eso, nos ofreció un transporte que vale más del doble que cualquier taxi (TOMEN TAXIS son mucho mas baratos que lo que te ofrece este ser).Por último nos ofreció un transporte a la estación de tren (carísimo repito) y nos saco pasajes en un tren en pésimas condiciones, sabiendo incluso que teniamos varias valijas.Un ESTAFADOR.
