I had a long trip so it was a good decision to kill hours of waiting by spending them in Ambassador. I got spa for two hours. It was great! Best treat for your mind and bodyIn addition you get to have a shower, perfect when you fly for many hours.

I had long business trip in Africa so my back and shoulders were extremely tight and painful. Having time for massage there was the best choice. I had best massage ever.the masseuse ‘Mita’ was so professionalhighly recommend her!샤워만 하지말고 꼭 마사지 받고 가세요 핵 강 추!관절 가동범위 확인하면서 마사지하는 전문가..!!

I rarely write reviews, but felt others should be aware that the professional exterior and high prices don’t necessarily reflect what you get.Overall, the service quality is mixed. I booked a package which included a one hour Bali massage (89EUR) with a classic manicure and pedicure (69EUR)—for a total of 139EUR. First of all, the massage was great. However the manicure/pedicure was rushed, uncomfortable, and not at all relaxing. You have to twist to the side while they do your hands, it’s just weird. The salon worker filed my already-cut nails, did some very brief foot buffing, and then massacred by cuticles to the point I was bleeding—and that’s it—they didn’t even polish or buff my nails. At first I thought they’d finish up with polish after the massage, but I stood there awkwardly until the (very nice) concierge told me I was all set to go. I figured I must have misread the package, however after on the website I confirmed it says it includes polish. My hands are still sore.Maybe it’s a general issue of the website not matching their in-store experience—I also booked eyebrow shaping, which on the website is stated as threading, but in reality it was just a two minute pluck of some stray hairs with tweezers. It didn’t include any “shaping” and definitely was not worth 18EUR whatsoever.Just sort of an odd experience. I would have been better off just getting a massage there. Again, the massage was great.

That’s such a cool place! Seriously, I overcame my expectations!!! Such a wonderful massage I haven’t had had in a while. The service, the hospitality, the way how clean this place is! Thank you so much for hosting me. Definitely I’m your coming back client.PS: it would have been good to advertise your place better, ‘cause unfortunately not so many people notice it and come to visit

I had a long layover and decided I needed to try something luxurious, relaxing, and unique to Istanbul without even having to leave the airport. I opted for the luxury hamman package and I was beyond thrilled with it. Zeki was absolutely wonderful, and he performed the device with great attention to detail, with incredible customer service and making me feel comfortable. The massage and facial were also wonderful and the overall experience was 5-stars - something I wouldn’t usually expect in an airport!Thank you Zeki and the team for creating this long layover into a welcomed experience.
