Great service and communication. Booking on website was easy, I was swiftly contacted afterwards to confirm booking. Car arrives on time, driver helped with luggage.About 30 mins after arriving in the airport, realized that we left something in the car. Contacted them back and they responded immediately, the driver was back within 10 mins to get the item to us. Very professional and would not think twice to rebook them when we are back in Istanbul! Thank you!

Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end. Immediate confirmation, follow up reminder the day before pick and arrived early. Lovely clean vehicle, nice driver. Great trip. If ever in Istanbul again will definitely use. BEWARE OF YELLOW CABS. On arrival by cruise ship the first driver tried to charge me 880TL for a trip which eventually cost 100TL from an honest driver. He benefited with a good tip. No such issues with Istanbul Airport and Cruise transfers. Excellent service at a good price.

First the ride was really comfortable, they offer water and snacks, very spacious.And a special thank for waiting for me after my flight was delayed, they answered very fast. Mai 2022Istanbul Airport -> Hotel:Wir wurden nach der Landung erwartet, obwohl es bei uns etwas länger mit den Koffern gedauert hat. Wir wurden dann von einem Mitarbeiter zu dem Ort geführt wo uns das Taxi abholen sollte. Leider wurde uns dabei nicht mit den Koffern geholfen. Dieser Mitarbeiter ist dann einfach verschwunden und wir haben ziemlich lange gewartet. Auf unsere Nachfrage bei einem anderen Mitarbeiter wurde klar dass man uns vergessen hatte. Angeblich war der erste Mitarbeiter neu und hat vergessen Bescheid zu geben, dass wir warten. Also mussten wir weiter warten. Insgesamt haben wir min. 30min gewartet. Das Taxi war ziemlich abgenutzt. Man fühlte sich in etwa wie in einer dreckigen S-Bahn. Die Fahrt hat sich dann nochmal verlängert, da eine Zufahrtsberechtigung nicht vorhanden war und der Fahrer einen anderen Weg zum Hotel suchen musste.Hotel->Istanbul AirportDie Rückfahrt habe ich dann nochmal über das gleiche Unternehmen gebucht, sozusagen eine zweite Chance. Nach ca. 15 min warten vor dem Hotel hab ich mal angerufen und nachgefragt wo unser Taxi bleibt. Mir wurde gesagt, dass der Fahrer kontaktiert wird und ich eine Rückmeldung bekomme. Etwas später wurde mir gesagt, dass der Fahrer einen platten hat und ich mit ein normales Taxi nehmen soll.Zusammenfassung:Das Unternehmen meldet sich recht schnell und ist eigentlich freundlich. Sauberkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Verlässlichkeit(das was auf der Webseite versprochen wird) bekommt man nicht.Ich hatte ursprünglich 1 Stern als Bewertung, habe dann auf drei Sterne erhöht, da sich das Unternehmen freundlich und schnell auf meine Rezession gemeldet hat und die Punkte entsprechend weiterleitet.(The company has contacted me because of my issues I had. Very friendly. They will forward the issues. Thats why I increase my stars from one to three. I always appreciate friendly persons.)

I called to get a van to IST airport in a very short notice and the dispatcher was very professional speaks good clear English said sir..it's a short notice but I will do my very best to get you the van in time I will call back no matter what to confirm " called me back and told your van will be at your hotel as early as possible

Great service, first class communication, reasonable prices, good drivers despite the chaos on Istanbul roads. I booked a return taxi, the drivers were prompt on time.I would strongly recommend the service if you are looking for a peace of mind

Would highly recommend for airport transfers - we used them for pick up at airport and drop off in Sultanahmet and the return journey - short delay at Istanbul airport on arrival whilst they sorted out a driver for us but you be fair it was very busy and we were soon on our way - excellent comms at all times and very prompt responses to our WhatsApp messages to confirm details and request to change times etc - safely navigated us through the busy Istanbul roads on a busy Saturday evening!!

On a short trip to IST: and noticed I had difficulty getting Ubers or BiTaksi especially in the middle of the night. So decided to avoid dealing with them to get to the airport.I used this service today to book a taxi to IST for three persons. Booked online at least 12 hours before my pickup. They messaged me on WhatsApp to confirm my booking for a 4AM pickup. Driver arrived on schedule, and they messaged me informing me the driver had arrived. Driver was professional. Would definitely use again.

Much better and cheaper taxi service than XL Uber Taxis in Istanbul. Vehicle new brand and was clean. Driver was polite. Communication via WhatsApp super fast! Recommended online taxi booking in advance.

Excellent service. We used the service during our layover stop in Istanabul for round trip. Very comfortable ride bothways and were accommodating to our request as well to pick us up an hour before scheduled return pickup as we finished our tour early.For a first time visitor, couldn't have asked for a no hassle option to hire a car service at IST.
