I don't recommend coming here. I paid for a service and ended up having to do all the work when covid made my trip not possible. They notified me 3 days before my flight that I would have to quarantine 10 for my 5 day trip upon arrival. Because THEY messed up, I litteraly had to pay for their mistakes. They couldn't get me a straight answer about if I would have to quarantine upon arrival. Claimed they were calling all day, I made 1 phone call to the airlines and they checked and confirmed I would have to quarantine upon arrival. They said they couldn't refund me my hotel. So I called the hotel. The hotel said they could refund me, I just had to go to my agent. I go to the agent, they tell they can't refund me again. I once more had to call the hotel that said I was able to cancel my booking and receive my refund because the situation was out of my hands since travel circumstances had changed. They told me they would contact my agent...... somehow, I lost over $400 American dollars for a trip I litteraly could not take do to a mandate my agent notified me of yesterday..I already cried because my bags were packed and I was excited but to add insult to injury, they didn't even give me my full refund after I had to make all of the calls for a service I paid for. DO NOT COME HERE, unless you want to lose money for things that aren't your fault.
