Be prepared to send your passport with your friends, but wait for it for three months, even though your friends had their passports ready in 2 weeks, and no one will answer your e-mails for a month, and no information, regarding your passport, you will not be able to get. I wrote you letters on all the e-mails I could find and described the situation that I am in another country where I cannot stay for more than 3 months, which have almost passed since the moment my passport is in your office

Passports on a visa sticker 13 weeks. Any other representative office in Europe glues in a week or a month, but not 3 months. We are violating Turkish immigration laws!! You don't respond to emails or calls, no response. Give back our passports, especially to our little children!!!

I’ve been waiting for a visa stamp for almost 4 months!!! My application status has never changed since the day I handed in my passport. Not a single email has ever been replied. The phone does not respond. This is absurd. Give me my passport back, I’m stuck here with no travel document and I urgently need to leave the country!!!!

I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and fairness in the processing of Canadian visa applications. Despite submitting my application three months ago and having an upcoming departure date, I have not received any updates on the status of my application. I have also noticed that some visas submitted after mine were issued before mine, which raises questions about the consistency of the system. I hope that this issue is addressed urgently to ensure equal treatment for all applicants.

Очень долго вклеивают визу. Написано что паспорт готов. Не можем его забрать никакими способами. Просрочили легальное прибывание в стране. Не можем обратится за мед помощью

3 месяца назад я отправил свой паспорт, и до сих пор его не получил. Написал на почту, они не отвечают. Позвонить им нельзя.Уважаемые сотрудники, судя по отзывам к вашей организации, проблема эта известна давно. Почему вы не прилагаете никаких усилий чтобы её решить?Здесь много иностранцев, которые ждут свою визу по 3 месяца. Мы не можем находиться в Турции вечно.Это просто ужас.

After 6 days, I still didn't receive answer on my emails. If you can't answer to phone calls and machine ask us to send you email, why then you can't answer them. After all I can tell thanks to Jess from parliament in Canada to answer to me and forward my situation to Ircc in Ottawa. Something need to be changed in your office. If we have urgency situation and ask for urgency assistance, it was supposed to get just answer from you if you can't do anything else.
