We booked city tour package for 3 of us. We went to waterfalls, cable car and old town. Mr. Ali is nice and friendly person. During the tour, Mr. Ali drove us and his wife Mrs. Fareda was our guide. The itinerary was fine, pretty standard however she was not professional during the tour. She seems to explain more and focus to another couple. The worst part is during old town tour, she walked fast and did not wait for us. She only wait and walk together with us when I got angry. We did not finished the old town tour with her as we dont feel any different than walk by ourselves. It was only 5 of us ( the couple & 3 of us). We feel ignored and rished and after the session we didnt get to learn much from her about an ancient city that has thousand of years of history. We dont feel much of a difference vs walking around the city on our own. Truly dissappointing!

Outstanding and incredible! Mr. Ali and his companion guide Farida are both thorough professionals. The perfect combination of two make your life easy and enjoyable without any tension or worry. The three days tour to Antalya was smooth and trouble-free with a lot of fun and enjoyment. We went to Antalya, Sulu Islands and a private tour to Pamukalle. Farida has good knowledge on Turkish history and culture and is personate to explore world’s history and tradition that makes her fantastic as a guide. They even suggest you the best places to visit, best offers etc including DOs and DONTs which is an added advantage. Very honest and open, homely and friendly ambiance, reliable and pleasant as well. Gref travel is worth the money. Highly recommended!

It’s a wonderful travel agency. Me and my wife booked a private tour for two days . They took keen interest in showing us the historic sites in Antalya nearby areas. We had no problem in communication because they spoke very well English . Mr. Ali , the English speaking guide and Mr. Ali ( the owner of agency) , his wife Farida are very noble and humble people. It was our pleasure to be with them for two days. They took good care of us. The two days tour was wonderful. The third day I.e today they (Ali and his wife)also dropped us to Antalya airport early morning for travel to VAN.When we visit again Turkey, we shall sure contact them for our tour arrangements.
