Horrible experience and customer service( my interaction was with a turkish man with long hair). It made me never want to visit turkey again. My suggestion is don't buy anything that needs to be tailored ( and if so have it written in ENGLISH what you agree on the receipt). It's a shame because the store has cool stuff but the experience is honestly not worth it at all.

I picked a black feather boa up to try on. The man working there snatched it from before I could try it on and told me I was too big. In Turkish I explained it's free size. He went on to say I am fat. The item wraps around the neck and has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with my weight. And then he told us to leave. He was very rude.
