Taxi drivers super rude.For a short distance they charge you a crazy amount of money and some taxi drivers refuse to even accept you to take you to your location. Especially I had 3 kids and they didn't have any thought or respect to even pick us up.The taxi drivers also give you a fix price instead of using their meter. When they use their meter it's cheaper. Especially they only the meters for tourist never for their own people. They also ask for dollars or liras

Well - we had the perfect example of why you should always use this service. Apart from their 24 hour service and that the dispatcher will speak excellent English and will communicate by text message. They also quote a price up front and supply an appropriate sized vehicle to suit your party. This is in contrast to many other Istanbul rogues who seem to be helping you initially, but then try numerous tricks to entice more coin from you or simply don't understand English enough to allow them to deliver you efficiently. So in summary, book your transfers with these guys.

the worst service ever, upon arrival to the airport we agreed with the taxi driver to pay 70 lt to drop us to the hotel in Istanbul. First, he left us on the wrong place, Than we walked 5mins to reach our hotel. Second, he refuses to give us a change for 100 tl. Not recomended at all.

He tols us to get down random before reaching our destination. We were around 500m away from our hotel.

Today about twelve o'clock near memorial hospital sishly I was with my wife trying to get taxi to sishly mosque we stoped a taxi. After we were inside he asked me from where we are? I answered from Libya. Waiting to start to drive he pronounce sishle mosque and told me that the trip to sishly mosque will cost me 100 T L . I answered as the taxi meter. He said the taxi meter is:out of order but he will accept 80 TL. I told him 35 TL. He refuse and order me rouhgly to leave his taxi. We went out while onother custemer arrive we stayed on side while they get in the taxi after they look at us as a permission. But he did not carry on with that trip but asked to close the door near him because both leydys whave set in the back. I refuse to close the door because I was olready away from the taxi and the ladies already inside the taxi. He comes out from the taxi on the street side where I was standing with my wife waiting for onther taxi and attaked me very aggressively speaking turkish which I dont understand. He countinous until my wife start to shout out calling for the police.I am 68 years old and this is not the first time in lstabul and my wife also.
