Very good service provided by Zafer. He is the best person and highly recommended. Always on time suggested some really good places. Trustworthy and very kind. Excellent service from Serkan. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and Serkan's knowledge of Turkey and Istanbul is incredible. Came for a business trip first and then a holiday with the family. Serkan is now literally our family in Istanbul. He was very helpful and took us to all the right places, always warned us of tourist traps and was available whenever we needed him. Mostly we hired the vehicle continously throughout the day. I recommend him very strongly.

The driver Zafer was very professional and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant and easy. He was always on time and also recommended good places to go. He helped us with translation in many occasions especially with my mother who had to make several medical visits and needed assistance. The entire family was pleased with his service attitude and his pleasant personality. Thank you Zafer for making our visit to İstanbul enjoyable.
