We were not impressed with their service for the following reasons 1) they were really expensive for their line of work. The boy who delivered our clothes to the hotel said the total was 100 Lira. I'm not sure if he made up that number to get a tip for himself or what but he did not give us a receipt or anything like that to confirm the total. 2) 2 of our socks were not returned. I understand the socks are small and can get stuck in the washer/dryer so the lady at the hotel called them for me to ask if they had been found and of course they said they had not made a mistake, but both my companion and I have incomplete sock pairs which proves otherwise. 3) the clothes didn't even come back smelling clean
