Ramen Town

Jihat is a passionate young man with big dreams to establish an authentic Japanese ramen restaurant in metropolitan Istanbul. He delivers a product with big flavour, a hearty serving of meat, and a choice of several toppings -- all with very reasonable pricing, considering how much of a specialty dish ramen is. The dessert was something we would have expected to be served at a 5-star hotel, absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend a visit!

This was such a hidden gem in Istanbul. Having been traveling in Turkey for over 2 weeks, I was craving for something different and happen to find this little ramen shop on google maps. We didn’t realize they weren’t even officially opened yet (very new!) but the owner was SO kind and generous to serve us anyways and explained his menu to us which was 3 simple ramen broth of shoyu, miso, and shio. We ordered the shoyu with steak and miso with gochujang chicken. Having lived in Japan for 4 years, ramen is challenging to make properly but we definitely admire the owner and master chef, Jihat for his passion and drive to make good ramen in Istanbul with quality ingredients. Not to mention he was part of the opening team for famed Nobu in Istanbul. Give it a try for some great service and passion for making ramen!
