MEYDAN RENT A CAR

The worst ever Rent a Car company I have ever dealt with. In Summary I hired from them a car Grey “Dacia” last night, in the morning it appeared to have an automatic gear failure and it keeps stopping on uphills.They replaced the defect car at noon time with another car Red “Fiat” , at 8:00 pm the car engine stopped totally with no electricity in the car. Battery dead.They had no other car to offer, they refused to refund the remaining 3 days rental which I already paid in full. Plus they refused to release the bond of $100 USD which I paid it in day 1 in cash.I have lost a lot with this car rental shop.This gives a very bad image about the Car Rental Business in Trabzon in general ... and show how weak is the authority of transportation on allowing such poor car rental companies to operate in one of the most attractive tourist cities in Turkey.I am part of a group of 12 Australian tourists who came all the way to enjoy our holidays in Turkey. Unfortunately we end up ripped off by such unlawful claimed-to-be Car Rental company.
