Very bad experience 23/05/2021. The price was 1500 lira for 120m furnished apartment including deep cleaning of 2 armchairs, sofa and 1 big and 1 small mattress. We have moved to an apartment that was occupied before us. The apartment was “cleaned up” so we decided to ask for a deeper cleaning. We have received “clean up” instead. Obvious points that can’t be missed after the cleaning was done:1) Cloaks in shower rooms are full with hair of previous owners,2) Water closets are not cleaned in upper parts,3) Surfaces are cleaned only in areas that could be reviewed without using chair or bending. Hard to reach parts were not cleaned at all.Overall the surfaces were washed badly. Water was changed rarely. At the first point after review you can’t see it with going over with white paper. But my white shirt what interacted with the whole surfaces.At the end were are still cleaning ourselves.

The workers are very nice amd clean very well but, do not follow the timing they are told to come at, the cleaning gadgets are disgusting, we reported them for not having good cleaning gadgets they rudely said that is none of your business whether you like it or not just cancel the order if you have a problem

Genel temizlik için iki bayan geldiler çok memnun kaldım özverili çalıştılar ama süre olarak biraz uzun sürdü.

Memnun kalmadım, şerife müşterilere çok saygısızlık bir şekilde davranıyor. Bir defa randevu almıştım. Tam gelme zamanında gelemeceğini söylendi. Buradan temizlik çalışanlar bir defa daha hiç istemem. Önermiyorum.
