9 aydır pasaport başvurusu yaptık .9 aydır pasaport gonderemiyorlar. Eşim ikamet başvurusu yaptı cezaya düştük ne yapmalıyız bilemiyorum

Bakırköy Devlet Hastanesi'nde yatan Tunuslu bir turist işkence çekiyor ama kimse yardım etmiyor ve yardım alacak da Hiç kimsesi yok

I have few things to say. I am not satisfy with the service even tho I am still waiting for my passport for almost 3 months. Somehow I can understand that the system is old but our future is at risk. For example for my case, I am loosing the opportunity to get my work permit cause of my passport and the government of turkey does not take into consideration ''in progress slip'' that has been given to us. Now in few days I will loose my touristic residence also and my right to apply for another one.. just like that I will have to go back to Tunis and leave my work and my home for unknown date ..... Its really unacceptable, wast of time and money and more.... For other countries a Tunisian can get his/her passport in few hours and yet in Istanbul we should wait for months and months. Its really sad.. that's all I can say.Ps: I don;t blame the workers as much as I blame the system.. plz find a solution asap

Biri bana söylesin bu konsoloslukların asıl amacı insanlara yardımcı olmak değilmi neden telefonlara cevap verilmiyor neden yardımcı olunmuyor türkiyedeki konsolosluklarmı öyle sadece bir şey soracaz telefona bakmıyorlar baksalarda telefonda bilgi veya yardımcı olamıyorlarmış iki kelime için taaaa şişliyemi gitmemiz lazım

Eşim Tunuslu olduğu için ara ara gitmek durumundayız gayet yardımcılar teşekkürederiz

Telefona bakan yok işlerine gelince bakiyorlar

جمعتين نحاول نتصل بيهم حد ما يهز التليفون و توا بش ترصيلي من بورصة نجيكم بش ناخذ معلومة متتطلبش اكثر من دقيقة بالتليفون !!!!الله غالب مجبورين
