Not recommended agency as it’s purely a commercial trip not leisure trip.The guide took us to places which are meant for him to get commission only.he was running to counter telling them how much to charge us (which was very high price of course) and he was telling us that this is the price because we are with him otherwise they will charge us more(which is of course not true) we did not get time to see the main places where tourist would enjoy.he took us to unnecessary place to ride buggies ( which are all spoilt and not maintained )the area is full of mud and charged us minimum 600 lira for this stupid buggy. the guide got upset when we didn’t want to do some activities like zip line stating why we came for trip. Honestly this is spoiling the reputation of Istanbul. As far as am concerned I will never visit again .if I got chance to rate this agency less than star I would.

Price was high compared to all the agencies around Taksim square, asked for $40 for a trip to Sabanca when all around it’s around $20, i was told prices are fixed but they can do $10 off. I converted the prices from TL to dollars. I did it with a different agency though.Do our in mind that there will be more expenses on these trips, like 300TL for 4wheeling, 50TL for a picture, if you want to do shopping for honey or spices…etc. The price included dinner and the bus ride all day. It is a very fair price though. I would recommend.I do not recommend going into the zoo, they give you about 30 minutes and you have to pay separate and not even have enough time to walk in then leave.

I give 1 star because I cannot give 0. My hotel booked a trip to Princess Island with them and it has been the worst experience ever. The picked up us at 9 am but we spent most of the day waiting in the bus or in the boat where they try to sell stuffs continuously (that’s how they make money). We finally arrived to the island at 1 pm!! We had just 2 hours for a small walk around the harbor. At 3 pm we had to be on the boat where we waited again for more than 30 min before heading back to Istanbul. At arrival at Istanbul, the bus was broken but no one said or explained anything!! They just left there wondering what was happening. After more than 20 min waiting with no info, we decided to used google map and walk to the closest metro station to go back to the hotel. Not sure how many hours the rest of the customers where waiting in the bus, probably hours. They ruin the end of the trip to Istanbul. Avoid them at all cost!!

Complete waste of time and money, we went for Bursa tour, spent the whole tour rushed from one useless shop to another, trying to selling me some expensive items that I can find at normal prices at normal markets, then we actually went to Bursa, which was supposed to me the main event, however, we only spent around 20minutes there, then we went back into the whole thing of being rushed into another set of useless shops, before being returned back to hotel at late time, all this made me feel like I wasted my money and full-day that I can utilize with more useful things.Aside from that, the guide was very rude, and went into fights with several passengers over a lot of stuffs.No recommended, in fact, STAY AWAY

As a first visit to Turkey, My family and I enjoyed going around Istanbul, Sapnca, Sile , Agva and Bursa through Green Ex. The tour covered most of attractive Points. However, I recommend to give each tourist a list of the places that he will be visited. Our guide was Asat, He is a good guy , patient and he has a sense of humor. He provided us with informative tour.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. We spent 2 hours waiting on Busses, being transferred from one bus to the next because they didn't know what to do with the English passengers. Eventually we get started but what proceeded was a day full of disappointment. We were picked up at 8am dropped off after midnight. We had 45min of actually seeing the sights we wanted. we were rushed here but at the shops where they got commission we spent hours waiting. I feel so angry at how much of my time they wasted. Of the 16hours we spent with them, I probably enjoyed 2 max. Colossal waste of time and money.

On 3-8-22 , I with my family 5 members ( through Eagle adventure Pakistan) travelled with your guide mr. saleh to BURSA who was totally unprofessional. Didn’t conduct us as tourists rather it was a fatigue for him. On every site will leave tourists alone & no briefing of the sites. Will take us to the places of his interest where he could get gifts like Turkish delights, honey , jam & tea etc. he served us lunch at 1830 almost dinner time. Picked up at 9 am & dropped at 0015 far away from our hotel. Very rude & not listen to tourists request.

التجربة سئية بداية ركبنا العبارة ومن ثم رحلة اختيارية بالدرجات تدفع عليه ٧٠٠ ليره تركي غالية جدا. او تنتظر ٤٥ دقيقة. من ثم زيارة مساجد ومحل حراير وطبعا كل شي غالي. ورحلة بورصة بالترفيك ووجبة غداء تعبانة وتمر على نقاط تسوق وانت نازل من الجبل وكلها أماكن غالية واتوقع متعاملين معاهم.باختصار الجدول مش واضح والسعر ٥٠ دولار للشخص يعني غالي وخدمه واكل تعبان.
