I will post my experience with Ashraf Group . I bought apartment from them on March 2020 . I contact Mr Ashraf direct and told him that I’m interested of one of their property in chilitkkoy Yalova . He profile all information I want regarding the legal document and the cost of transfer the property and all the residents over phone .. with no attention to push me to buy from them .. even I have anther appointment with other Agent to see different apartment. I travel from Canada to Istanbul, then I took the fairy to meet him in Yalova.. Guess what : he was waiting for me at the harbor to pick me up .. first day take me to the office introduce me to his stuff Mr Atail and his great polite secretary Miss Soraa. Then take me to eat dinner on at turkish Iraqey kabab restaurant,, we had great time after eat and have tea! Drive me to the hotel I book and chick me in and ask the hotel to take care of me .. what a genrace and humble person .Next day at 9:00 Am pick me up from hotel and take me to the property I came to see.And other ones he suggested. The end of the day take me back to the hotel .. with no promises from me to buy or pressure from him to buy. And NO COST no game...it’s very important.As I mansion I have anther agent came next time to show me some other property but unfortunately the one I like the owner not ready to move out .. so no deal ..I came back to Ashraf Group I represent my offer for apartment and we agree .. the deal close in few days it’s very important as a buyer you have to have some one who willing to do all legal paper and transaction like transfer the electricity Gas Water Gas Tax and the very important the emigration very very very some one do the all right steps,so no delay will happen ..
