This company is bunch of scammers. I took a trip to Sabanja and the promised to come pick us up at the hotel, then they said your hotel is far away and we cannot pick you up instead you have to come here. I was like no problem I came 15 minutes before 8am the pick up time. I was not picked up until 9:10am I kept asking them that I have an infant with me and I can’t wait that much. They kept saying the bus is coming soon! Anyways! Then, the way to Sabanja, we stopped at places already have contact with them to scam people, and never saw the city itself. The food was disgusting and does not represent the Turkish food. DO NOT go there! If had a chance to give 0 I would have! Shame on you

متاسفانه این شرکت به تعهداتش عمل نمیکنه. باری رو که سال ۲۰۲۰ به این شرکت تحویل داده بودم (قطعات ماشین بافندگی) رو تحویل ندادند و بعد از سپری شدن ۲ سال از پرداخت مبلغی که متعهد شده بودند سرباز زدند. مواظب باشید. بار به فردی به اسم اسداله توانگر داده شده بود.Tehran Tour şirketi ve başta olan TAVANGAR bey diye olan kişi ne yazık ki, bu şirket yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmedi. 2020 yılında bu firmaya teslim ettiğim kargoyu (basit örme makine parçaları) teslim etmediler ve 2 yıl sonra taahhüt ettikleri tutarı ödemeyi reddettiler. dikkatli olun.

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE!!My friend and I booked the bursa tour hoping to see the various city sites that were promised to us: bazaar, grand mosque, green tomb, clock towe etc.Instead from 9am till 6pm, all we had done was uludag cable car, no lunch, no time to order lunch and no time to absorb the beautiful scenery. Pish posh planning!We were told to be ready at the hotel at 8:30. Instead we were picked at close to 10am, and hadn't left Istanbul till late as the driver got lost more than once.Ferry trip was cancelled.This trip is NOT a Bursa Tour. It is a selective shopping trip with creepy vendors who follow you and do not let you explore their shops, at least comfortably.Lunch was ok but served at 6:30pm.There was no itenarary given nor did the organiser care to explain the events of the day in English causing confusion among many travellers.Do yourself a favour, and do not WASTE a day of your valuable time for this pathetically and hapzardly planned trip.I would give this a 0/5 if I could.
