The driver on the way to the hotel was excellent! He even bought us two bottles of water for the journey and the car was clean inside an out and on his rating alone it would be a 5* review however the driver on the way back was like Stirling moss, weaving in and out all over the show, looking for photos in his booklet to show us whilst going round windy mountain roads and he even gave us a personal business card in case we visit turkey again that with the vehicle being a little bit messy has brought down the rating however I would use them again as I feel the price was really good and this was possibly a one off.However the transport was private both times which was really good.

Elefti agent, Mehmet, contacted us as they had my details because I booked the airport transfer with them. Mehmet sold us a trip using various photos for the attractions and inflated generously the costs of the attractions to justify the extortionate sum we paid. The driver was not able to speak any other language apart from Turkish. The promised WiFi in the car was non-existent. The big surprise came when we realised that the driver took us to other attractions, much cheaper and less interesting. Tunektepe cable car is different from the initially shown Olympos cable car. The first one is cheap and not interesting, the second one is much more expensive and more attractive. The lunch promised was pathetic, a piece of chicken or fish swimming in oil and a spoon of boiled plain rice did not match with the description of a “fancy restaurant” given by Mehmet. No starter or desert included. The boat trip in the Antalya Old Harbour is another waste of time. The only thing you could eventually see is a tiny waterfall from the distance and you get the chance to be sold overpriced drinks or photos. A BIG RIP OFF!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. There was no one at the gate to meet us when our flight arrived. We had to walk with all our luggage to another terminal to their help desk and even then we did not get any help. They could not find out reservation and we were told we would have to wait until another family arrived on an international flight before they could drop us off, minimum 40 minute wait. On top of all that everyone we delt with was extremely rude. I would not use again. Just wait until you get to the airport and take a taxi

I would give 0 stars if it were an option. The landing instructions told us to look for the travel desk numbered 45 when we arrived at the airport. We couldn’t find it so we asked a staff member at the airport who told us this company has no desk inside and all transfers were outside. There was no one waiting outside for us and we ended up having to pay for a taxi. When we emailed the company to confirm that we wanted to be picked up at 9 am from our hotel they said our pickup time would be 8:30. We were downstairs waiting from 8:15 to 8:48 and no one showed up, we ended up having to pay for a taxi a second time! I’ve emailed the company to let them know we want a refund, but have not received a reply. I will edit this (if I can) with what they say back.

Professional communication before and after. On time to pick-up. Comfortable and clean car and driver very competent. As soon as we came out of the airport terminal the driver was waiting for us. They're always on-call and very prompt. The price is very very reasonable and will definitely be using your service again.

The driver never showed up to the airport to pick me up. I reported the incident to Expedia and they driver claimed I never showed up.I paid for an taxi driver to take to my hotel and Elefti has refused to give me a refund. Avoid this place at all cost.

Der Transfer war pünktlich und die Fahrzeuge sauber und gut klimatisiert.Unschön war aber das Halten bei dem Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen um 05:00 Nachts bei einer sogenannten Kaffeepause" wo die Touristen noch die Möglichkeit hatten ein wenig zu shoppen..Weiterhin hat uns das permanente telefonieren / chatten des Fahrers mit seinem Handy während der Fahrt ein wenig gestört."

Wir hatten 2 Transfers gebucht , AYT - Side und retour. Alles hat super geklappt, netter WhatsApp Kontakt, tolle Vans und sehr nette Fahrer. Immer wieder werde ich auf Elefti Travel zurückgreifen.

Vor Ort (Flughafen Antalya) wurden wir freundlich begrüsst von einem Mitarbeiter bezüglich dem Sammeltransfer, dieser brachte uns zu einer Person an einem Laptop. Dieser schaute uns nicht mal in die Augen, keine Begrüssung, keine Informationen!. Wir wurden nach langem warten zu unserem Hotel gefahren. Für den Rücktransfer haben wir nun am Abend vorher Probleme, es nimmt niemand ab (24-Stundendienst). Jetzt müssen wir nach einer Lösung suchen, plötzlich soll ein anderer „Verein“ für uns zuständig sein(expedia)? Diese wirkte auch gereizt am Telefon. Schlimmstenfalls müssen wir wohl ein Taxi nehmen. Wir haben über ebookers gebucht.

We made an online booking through Expedia. Our arrangement was for a pick up at 3:55am on Saturday 18 August and confirmed 24hr before the time via email. We were waiting from 3:45am in the hotel foyer. At 3:55 no taxi arrived as yet and I went outside to check if there were anybody outside. At 4:10 my wife phone a few times without any answer. Only when we asked the hotel staff to phone did Elefti answer their phone (probably because they habe phone identification). They then accused us of not being really at the agreed time of 3:55am even though we were there at 3:45am already and hotel reception staff can confirm that there were no taxi or person at the hotel any time before we arrived at 3:45. Even worst is the man that I spoke to was very rude and abrupt and just insisted we were late and they were there and just slammed the phone down in my ear. The hotel staff could hear how he spoke to me and just shaked their heads in disbelief and apologized to me after the guy slammed the phone down on me.I am almost sure this is how this company operates and they scam people saying that they were there to do the pickup but never was.We had to make alternative arrangements as we had a 7am flight.Still disgusted.Hein
