Everything we booked had the wrong times.1st one for a boat trip just by luck the guy waited for us.2nd trip for scuba diving they left a note blowing around outside are door and again luckily my partner decided to pick it up thinking it was rubbish to then realise they had changed the time of the pick up by half an hour so we then had to rush skipping breakfast to make the bus.3rd one for the safari was the iceing on the cake we came down 25 mins early at 09:05 to make sure we didn't miss it at 9:30 and were told by staff to wait so at about 10:20 we were told the bus isn't comming.

This guide, Natalia Leblebici, did not inform the 5* hotel that the plane was delayed. Due to this fact, 10 tourists, including 3 children under the 6 age , were left without food.
