Very good place for traveling related issues. I have to change my Gulf Airline ticket and they help us to change it without any issue. This place is inside other business like you can see no bill board or anything but you can enter the place and you will find the office. Best part they can speak english as well.

Stay Away.. Dodgey company. I had a flight cancelled. I emailed them and tried calling numerous times, to obtain a refund, and the phone cuts out after a minute. No answer to any of my emails. They have a stand in the international airport IST. I wasn't aware it was a travel agent, as I thought I was buying the ticket through Turkish Airlines, which would have been the better choice.
