Poor customer service.

En principio los contacté por un tour a Halfeti. Luego me decidí a pedirles un transfer desde la terminal de autobus al hotel. Menos mal. Debido a inconvenientes con el hotel elegido por mi y el autobús los dos Mehmet nos ayudaron en todo. Hicieron que el taxista que nos llevaba a la estación de bus lo llamara. Nos ayudaron a buscar otro hotel porque el que tenía reservado no nos había gustado. Realmente si van a visitar Urfa y son extranjeros no duden en contactarlos.

I came to Sanliurfa on my own and wanted to see Göbekli Tepe. At my booked hotel I expected help to book a tour- but in vain. I contacted the nearest travel agency, Kaliru. I was immediately invited to the office. Within minutes, the head of the office, Mehmet, specially organized a tour just for me with some other cultural sites along the way. The price was absolutely ok and so I was able to fulfill my dream the next day. I've changed my holiday schedule and booked an organized tour to Mardin the next day. I do not regret it!! With the help of the Kaliru team I still had a great holiday and the next tour to Nemrut Daği in October is already being planned - of course with Kaliru Turizm!!
