Very expansive ticket for the service and grounded airplane they are flying. Very uncomfortable seats in a non stop long haul flight which cannot even inclined.

The price on the website was 390$, the price they gave was 570$.I wanted to buy 11 tickets.They claimed that they have to add their profit as well but I don't understand how can the profit be 180$ per person. NOT TO FORGET I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GIVEN A BETTER PRICE SINCE I WAS BOOKING FOR 11 PEOPLE.RIDICULOUSLY UNBELIEVABLE.
