Great store, I went there with my fiancée to buy a Tissot lady's watch, they're a Tissot certified dealer, with such a great price and a special discount. Öner and Yavuz were very professional, such fine gentlemen, they helped us to get the right fit in her hand immediately. I highly recommend

They are really rubbish with tax returns. Haven't received my tax return as they ensured. They have very little knowledge about how the whole tax return process works. When you need help from them about a tax return that failed, they simply say they can't help anymore. The company who processed it first confirmed AMEX was okay to receive the tax return on. AMEX then said they cannot receive any money, and now they want me to prove that they do not have the money because it left their accounts... total mess up and a waste of time after spending nearly £3000 on a watch.

A great Watch store.With an excellent selection of watches. I went in wanting to just look at some Hamilton Watches, just to know what they look like in real life. The employees working in the shop were really friendly, very informative, and helpful in understanding my taste. The watch I ended wanting to buy was not in the shop. Mr. Yavuz provided me with a nice discount and convinced me that if really wanted the watch it could be delivered in 2 days ( on time before I go back home to Libya ). So I went ahead and agreed to buy the watch. And as promised it was delivered in time with the proper Tax Free papers. At the Airport I was Tax free refunded.I strongly recommend this Shop to whom ever visits Istanbul.The whole buying experience was an enjoyable.Big Thanks To Mr. Yavuz, and his colleague at ( Koyali Saat - Galataport AVM ).Mohamed Abusua
