War ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt , haben uns erstmal im Büro beraten lassen und wurden dann nach pamukkale empfohlen und hab es nicht bereut , sehr sehr schön dort .Auf eine boots-Tour nach Ephesus bin ich dann am nächsten Tag auch hingegangen , war alles sehr gut organisiert.Nächstes Jahr wieder !!

Great service and tours. They helped us with the airport transfer ! I actually enjoyed the ceramic factory very much!! Our guide was wonderful! I will use them again to visit Cappadocia and other places.

We had a great experience with these agents. The prices are very competitive and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. First we booked a haram service that was excellent. Second, we booked a half day Ephesus tour. This excursion was exceptional, mainly because of the guide (Omer) who was an academic expert in history. Finally, they arranged for us a shuttle service to Izmir airport for a Very good price. Overall, I highly recommend this travel agency.

At first, everything seems nice. You get a decent tour, some edible food. The problems start with the tour guides taking you to all sort of places that sell fake stuff way overpriced. During our Pamukkale trip, we were taken to Dogan onyx factory and only later on, when having Internet access, it appears to be a well know scam. The same with the trip to Ephesus. You are taken to a ceramics workshop where you can buy beautiful ceramics 50% off and they tell you that only there you get the authentic stuff, everywhere else is made in China. Don't get fooled. Seems like all the tour guides and the travel agency itself is in business with these scammers and this is not acceptable. I would expect that no reputable company would try to scam their clients. You are treated everywhere like you are a walking sack of money. They play on your emotions, saying that pandemic was difficult and thats why the prices are now lower...in fact they are still at least 10 times higher than they should be. Take the tour but make sure not to buy anything anywhere that they recommend.

PROS: The staff at the booking desk is very nice and helpful, and the fact that the tour bus was comfy and in good condition is definitely a plus! We booked the Ephesus half day trip and there was a small group, which made the trip very pleasant.CONS: instead of going straight to Ephesus to avoid the heat of the afternoon, they take you from the Artemisium to a ceramics workshop where everything is indeed interesting but ridiculously overpriced. They should organize these trips AFTER the visit to the ancient city, so you don't get a sunstroke.After the tour we were taken to a Turkish delight store, everything was tasty but again super overpriced.Unfortunately, the tour guide only presented us like 4-5 buildings in the ancient city, ignoring all the rest. Most of his stories were not historically accurate, there was a lot of hearsay in his information and most of his comments were rather sexist. We heard more about honey, leather, quartz and carpet manufacture and where to find/buy them than about the ancient city of Ephesus.It's a nice way to meet some people and I guess if you're lucky to get a good guide, the trip can be much better. The ancient city is wonderful and would deserve a proper presentation.
