This was the 1st time ever using a travel agency for our vacation. l learned of Izetravel from a friend. I booked a 7 days vacation for me, my husband and the kids who are 7 and 16 years old from Qatar. Every detail was executed to perfection. My Mum and Aunt have just come back from Turkey with their trip arranged through Ize Travel.Having spent the last two days with Mum I can honestly say I think Ilker did an amazing job. From meeting them personally on arrival, going with them on the Bospherus Cruise and keeping in communication with them the whole trip – it was amazing. Even communicating with them early in the morning on their balloon trip days – my aunt did make the comment of – did he ever sleep!!!! They were looked after so well, they had great guides and they had a fantastic time. Everything worked seamlessly and they didn’t have to worry about a thing, which I think at their age, is just superb. If I hear of anyone wanting to visit Turkey I will certainly give them your details to organise a trip! Both service and operation were superb.

My sister and I have recently returned from a holiday of a lifetime in Turkiye organized by Ize Travel. As soon as we made contact with Mr. Ilker via email our planned holiday unfolded most excitingly. The care and attention given to the itinerary and, thereafter, to our enjoyment of it was quite exceptional. From the moment we were met to the time we said goodbye every detail was well thought out and executed.We visited Istanbul where we were guided by Rejep who introduced us to some delicious street food as well as gave us a lot of information on everywhere we visited. In Cappadocia and Pammukale Deniz took over the guiding duties and, again, gave us a lot of information which was all so interesting. Mr. Ali drove us carefully and comfortably and exhibited incredible patience, particularly during our shopping trips! Back in Istanbul Fatma’s guiding ensured we had a lovely day. Throughout the whole trip, Mr. Ilker‘s personal touches were so appreciated. From the moment he met us at the airport in Istanbul, we were made to feel welcome and at home in Turkiye and we will always remember his genuine commitment to making our holiday the resounding success it was.

He met us on arrival and from then on made sure we had everything we needed. We had excellent guides everywhere we went and as a consequence we learned a lot. Cappadocia is a must for everyone. I have never seen such fascinating landscapes and the Travertines are also not to be missed. On Mother’s Day we each received a box of chocolates from Mr Ilker which we both appreciated very much.
