DIOR Istanbul Airport

Great store from Dior for clothes, accessories, cosmetics and other fashion products. The service was very friendly and both the consultants were very helpful. As expected, the quality of the stuff is absolutely amazing and the prices are super high too!

Great high end luxury brand

While layover in the airport, I was excited that can buy 2 Dior bags. I was looking at 30 Montaigne bag in black and book tote. Boutique assistant has presented the classic 30 Montaigne bag in calfskin with gold logo and new addition in caviar leather with leather strap and black matt logo. So I was about to buy both book tote bag and 30 Montaigne in caviar skin, as sales assistant started speaking to his manager in Turkish, whilst I don’t speak Turkish language. And after a minute has told me ‘I have bad news. We can’t sell this bag as it only can be on sale from 2nd of January’... They have either refused to deliver it to my hotel in Istanbul where I will be staying from 3rd of January for few days while connecting in Istanbul on my way back home. I was utterly disappointed with such a service. They have not offered me anything in order to improve their fault of showing product they should have not shown me in the first place , neither apologized. Boutique manager has been absolutely unprofessional either, he just said something to his colleague in Turkish again and just disappeared.Firstly this is an absolute lack of respect to your international clients speaking in a language they don’t understand in front of client.Secondly staff of a boutique of such a level should be surely trained to handle such situations with way more higher level of professionalism towards your potential clients.I could still buy other bag in calfskin and book tote bag if your boutique staff handled it with more care. However I guess Istanbul airport Dior boutique does not really care about clients. So I left without buying any bags, absolutely disappointed and shocked with a miserable service Dior has provided.

I was looking for an item and they were really helpful since I walked in entering the store. I had wishlist in the Dior’s website, and the staff was very patient to get what I wanted.

Overall good service and friendly staff. I think Dior loses to competitors mainly due to the pricings and resale value. However, might get something in future that I really like due to generally good services.

terrible customer service i have ever encountered including the security guard. we try to ask if they had certain items and they would be very rude about it or if it was available they would throw us the bag. very disappointed especially with a luxurious store. im pretty sure her name was Dsent
