Beautiful renovated cute little hotel in the hurt of Kadikoy. Emre and his wife made our trip so much better: from being flexible with check in/out times, giving recommendations around, narrating the interesting history of Istanbul and the neighborhood, and just being very thoughtful about everything. Highly recommended, will definitely come again!

Emre and his wife are wonderful hosts. They are very kind and helpful. They also provide very good and honest tips about local attractions. The rooms are very clean and the house is located close to the lovely center of east Istanbul. If you are looking for a great location to stay in the Asian part of Istanbul, Tilas house is a great option.

Çok memnun kaldık. Evcil hayvan dostu bir yer, köpeğimle beraber konakladık ve hiç rahatsız hissetmedik. Aşırı ilgililer, her yer tertemiz, aynı zamanda sempatik ve güleryüzlüler. Her yere çok yakın, özellikle toplu taşımalara 3-4 dk yürüme mesafesinde.

The property is walking distance from Kadikoy metro and ferry; it’s also located near top rated restaurants and cafes. It is a safe neighborhood considering I was traveling alone.You will be greeted by the lovely host who will give you a quick overview of the property. It literally is a home away from home; you can use the kitchen, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc.The size of the room I booked is good for 2 people and it also has an attached bathroom. The room was spotless and clean;- You will be provided with clean towels- The air conditioner/heater and water heater worked perfectly well- The bed is cozy to sleep in :)- Each area of the house is painted and every detail is well thought of- There’s also a study corner if you need to work- There is strong WiFi connectionThe hosts were very helpful and are quick to attend to queries. You can also order breakfast 1 day in advance and your host will prepare them for you in the morning.Can’t wait to come back and stay in the property longer :)

A wonderful hotel where every detail is imbued with care for the guest. Everything is very clean and tidy! There is a kitchen downstairs that provides free tea and coffee and where you can have breakfast. The design of the rooms is incredibly beautiful and thoughtful. You feel like in a fairy tale. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had excellent hot water pressure. The location is very convenient, 15 minutes walk to the ferry station, 10 minutes walk to the Moda area where the best cafes and bars are located. We wholeheartedly recommend this place! PS: be sure to try the sweets at the reception, very tasty.

This is an amazing place with a truly warm homely atmosphere. The rooms have everything you need during your stay, in the shared kitchen you can make coffee and tea. We also had pleasant communication with the owners of the accommodation. Thank you Emre and Tugba!

Konaklama için Kadıköy civarında çok iyi bir seçenek. İlgi, alaka ve müşteri memnuniyeti üst seviyede. Odalar tertemiz ve hijyen mükemmel. Pastalarını da mutlaka denemelisiniz.

Wat een bijzondere, mooie en fijne locatie om te verblijven! Wij waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen en sliepen op de bovenste etage. In de slaapkamer waren 2 stapelbedden en aangezien we toch hele dagen op pad waren was dit prima voor ons, de bedden lagen ook erg lekker. Daarnaast konden wij gebruik maken van de gezamenlijke ruimtes, op onze etage was ook zo'n ruimte en doordat hier geen andere gasten gebruik van maakten hadden wij het voor onszelf en dat was fijn, de kinderen konden slapen en wij nog even de dag doornemen/ plannen maken voor de volgende dag. Prima badkamer, voldoende schone handdoeken, sowieso was het er erg schoon! Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren, staan altijd klaar voor een tip of een antwoord op een vraag. Op de eerste etage was een keuken waar je ook van alles gebruik mag maken, zo ook van de koelkast. Ook is er een föhn aanwezig en een wasmachine. De gratis wifi werkte prima. De locatie is in de buurt van een metro, bussen, supermarkt, bakker en de boot waardoor je snel op pad bent. Echt een aanrader!
