The most poorly organized depressing airline ever. I was extremely delayed yesterday in Sabiha Airport and staff didn’t even guide us where to go next and was almost gonna miss my second flight. This will be my last time booking with Pegasus.

They cancel your tickets if they can earn more on other customers and advise to book again for higher prices. The money you paid will be refunded..but please pay again. Terrible company!

They give the wrong number first and just 1 minute before boarding they give the correct gate number....we always have to run, this happens every time...we are tired of this airline..fix up your time management and when a gate number changes, ANNOUNCE IT at least!!!!
