Istanbul Bus Rental

Unfortunately the promises (best quality and others mentioned on the homepage) were not kept. The replies (e-mail, phone and whatsapp) were slow and most of the time no one could be reached. The driver details were shared only late a night the day before the transport. The driver arrived 15 minutes to late, then drove first to the wrong destination wich resulted in double the time than usual. For our complain via whatsapp we were again assured that they will take care of it. Unfortunately no reply until today.I strongly advise against choosing this provider.
