I rented a automatic car and when l picked it up, l started the car but it didn’t work and l asked another car but they said they don’t have. Not recommended

The car offered was covered in dents, scratches and broken panels. It was not clean outside, and inside the seats were covered in large stains and were dusty. I refused to take the car, got a refund and rented a car brand new hubrid Suzuki SUV from another company (Sixt) for half the price.The above occurred after waiting 30 minutes for them to apparently manually copy all the info I entered online onto a paper form (while wearing airpods and not letting me know what I was waiting for) then walking out of the airport 500m away with airpod wearer. Neither employees were dressed at all professionally.They were reasonably cooperative in providing a refund, though first required me to speak on the phone to someone who didn’t seem to understand why I wouldn’t want to pay $100/day for a beat up old dust bucket. All together they wasted about 60minutes. of my life.
