Hello, where do i start... simply put, I wouldn't even recommend this company to my worst enemies, Mr. Nour is the most unprofessional travel guide you could deal with ever, let's start from asking for money before I even put my luggage in the car at trabzon airport, second, assigning a driver who doesn't speak english or arabic, bad program in the trabzon city tour, taking us to 2 cafes consecutively before taking us to ataturk mansion, or hagia sofia mosque, we didn't even get to see all the historic buildings in trabzon, he told us the car would be at our disposal for 10 hours, instead, we finished the city tour in 5, when asking if he could take us to soumela monastery, he asked for an extra 100$ although it's within our scheduled hours, and maximum cost of fuel could be around 15$ for a round trip, we found a huge difference between this company and the company we toured with in istanbul, their coordinator would call us every hour to make sure everything was going smooth, the driver spoke english.As for the Aider trip, I requested to see Rize city, which was on the way, both the driver and Mr. Nour ignored my request. I had asked to cancel the aider tour after seeing their unprofessionalism in the city tour, of course Mr. Nour mentioned no refund is possible, they would always try to impose their schedule on us, disregarding what we want to do, finally, we decided to end the aider tour early just to avoid dealing with them more. after asking him to stop for a bit in Rize,he left us on the street in Rize, he dropped us out of the car and left, took our money and luggage, just to come back an hour later after we called the policeFinally, Trabzon, Uzungul, and Aider are really nice touristic places to visit, my advice to you is to either rent a car, or to choose another touring companyOn a final note, when i asked Mr. Nour for the company's name on google, he gave me another company's name, that alone says alot about the type of person he is..DO NOT GO WITH SAMMOUR TOURS

جداً سيء السائق اخلاقه زفت وكان بيصدم فيني ومو راضي يجي ياخذنا يبينا احنا نجيه والدنيا مطر وفوق هذا السياره مهي جديده والاسعار غاليه

اعلى سعر اعطوني اياه هذه الشركة لانه اسعار غاليه جدا و ان شاء الله تلاقون اسعار معقوله .. ما عليكم من تعليقات الي تحت. معظمهم اصدقاءهم.

Less than 1 star to be fair.Worst experience ever, while you are traveling to enjoy, this company ruins your plan.First, driver does not understand neither english nor arabic (not a word) and even does not understand gesture language.Second, if you pass beside a place that you like to see they do not agree to stop you there as this is not by their plan (simply they want you to go wherever they want and your opinion does not matter)Since the driver does not understand a word this works in the favor of the company, as whatever you tell them they stick with their plan and never listen to what u need.Third, everytime u need to pick something from the car u need to go on a trip searching for the driver as he never stays near the car.Fourth, value for money is below below acceptable. They charge a lot for a very bad experience. We asked around and found better prices for what’s so called a trip.Fifth, when we found how it is going we requested to cancel the 2nd day’s trip and refused to refund. So, we went and by 2:00 pm the trip was done for us and when we asked on what we can do further the answer was go to the hotel.Sixth, the contact person called ‘Nour’ is very rude and the sentence u would always hear from him is “u can go by the plan or go to the hotel”, he never tries to ask if u r enjoying the trip or not or if he can offer something better. He is materialistic and is not a person that should be working in customer service. One day we finished the trabzun tour at 4 and we asked to go to an additional place which is 1 hr away and he requested 100$ Knowing that the car should be staying with us till 8. So, we went to the hotel and then took a regular taxi and went out.All in all very bad experience, I do not recommend at all!
