Be very careful here! This is my own personal experience but I’m trying to alert you all that this practice is not as professional as it tries to make you believe!I went to Antalya in good faith after many consultations with Ozzy by WhatsApp! It has been the very worst experience of my life and I feel lucky I survived and dodged a bullet!This clinic is nothing short of a con wanting to make money and get rid of you so please do your research! They are unreliable, unfriendly, very unprofessional and just down right nasty! That’s not just Ozzy that’s the Apparent owner also! To say it was that bad is an understatement!Within 5 minutes of catching them out they ripped up the paperwork phoned the hotel, locked me out of my room and had my belongings packed up! If I hadn’t protested so much they were trying to refuse to pay for the 8 hours I was there which given time frames was classed as a day!I have written a different review about how appalling their choice of hotel they are supposed to prepay for you is! However if you don’t do your research you will end up here and I can assure you it’s not good!Having any surgery is daunting but to me teeth especially! You are expecting to be treated as you are when in communication with them then on arrival and during your stay! This was definitely not my experience and I urge urge anybody considering using precious to your research as I definitely dodged a bullet here!I sourced a different dentist whilst there felt immediately more at ease and assured, it is only my experience but quite a few guests at the hotel under this clinic who actually had work carried out, actually agreed there are problems they themselves were and are continuing to experience with them, so be careful and prior to going have a contingency plan!My review is of my own journey and experience with them and I will gladly be posting videos on several other social media sites to try to warn people about this practice, hopefully so they can make better research and have alternate options in place! If you question the clinic in person which is your right then expect the same awful treatment I endured! It really was not worth the risk to me in anyway.
