Bayburtlu İnşaat

I have paid for my 2+1 appartment at Sun of Silivri in October 2022.I have paid additionally 25 thousands TL for gas connection and combi installation. I realised that such amount is significantly higher than market price, but i have been told that 25 thousands is for all in one service and Bayburtlu will organise everything for me within 1 week.I called them every day within 3 weeks and asked them to follow their obligations.Bayburtlu has installed the combi and weak plastic closet for combi......Status for now (24/03/2023):- there is a gas leakage in the gas pipes connections, gas is not connected;- there is water leakage in the heating pipes and heating radiators connections;- wind has disassembled and seriously damaged the plastic closet for combi;- here is the same temperature in the appartment as outside;- no hot water;- cooking is not possible;- Bayburtlu is still promissing to fix everything everyday - may be tomorrow"
