AVŞAR RENT A CAR

If there is less than one star I will give to the services they provided and very bad treatment.This is the worst car rental I have ever seen in my life.They tried to cheat me and taking more money for nothing and with no right.I've got Hyundai i20 model 2015 but in a very bad condition for 12 days. Dinting and painting everywhere. So I expected such cheating so I've taken photos for the whole car and the petrol cages.Today when I was retained the car they started to tell me that the stirring is not ok and the engine has some sound as well as the paint is scratch although the car was scratched everywhere when we received.I refused this kind of treatment and the impolite way of treatment from Mr. Yunus when he was shouting on me at the street I expected the company of this car rental will stop such misuse of their name and the ministry of tourism will take an action as we are going to write to them to stop such bad treatment to the tour people in Turkey.We absolutely object such misuse of such cheating people who gave a very negative picture on tourism in Turkey.This is a fraud and cheating car rental in Turkey Istanbul Esenyurt. We are raising up an issue in the Turkish court for fraud using of my credit card by 2000 tlI was coming from Saudi Arabia in short vacation and rented a very bad small Hyundaii i20 and paid the rent in cash when I renaind the car he tried to get any money for the silly things as engine sound and steering allainment but I refused to give them any money without right then he started to threatened me to deduct from my credit card but I couldn't believe that he could do that fraud use of my credit card. After one month he used my credit card by fraud transaction. Now my bank raising an issue in the Turkish court on this cheating car rental.I warned everybody to not deal with these bad car rental.I will complain to Facebook to not allow such bad people to use this media for cheating people
