Tourist bait!Good price and good looking bikes bait you into this atrocious scam.Bikes are not as good as they look, brakes are dangerously bad for Istanbul and the staff is unfriendly and not helpful at all.Battery also was supposed to last a couple hours and it evaporated in under an hour even though we were using it while pedalling (which is suppost to charge it).VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

We had a very unique experience with them. Normally they rent bikes by the hour, we wanted 4 bikes for the last quarter of the day and then for the next day till 19:00. At first they wanted $40.00 per day per bike. This was too much. After looking the bikes over and working on them for an hour, we took 4 bikes at $30 each. I gave 4 stars because they were friendly folks and worked with us. We had a great time. The bikes need a lot of maintenance, nuts & bolts tightened, brakes fixed, and the extra grease washed off. The bikes are old but with proper maintenance they will go on for many more seasons.

Trip ruining experience.We rented 5 electric bicycles,the bikes we were given were looking perfect at first sight and were working great throughout the first hour. After that all but one of the bikes stoped working and were nearly impossible to pedal since they are very heavy.In addition to that 2 pedals broke and one fell off. Absurd. When we came back we had to pay extra because we were late( since the bikes weren’t working) and they charged us for the broken parts. The workers didn’t offer any compromise at all.If you want to get scammed this place is perfect 10/10.

we were told that the battery lasts 5 hours, we were constantly pedaling and they ran out of battery at the same time after 1 hour (we rented 5 bikes) except one bike, battery was normal all the way. we had to push heavy electric bikes and came 45 min late because we organized ourselves according to the given information on battery life. We were all charged extra, even though the bikes were obviously inoperative.

Bı firmadan sultanahmette rahat bir gezinti için elektrikli bir bisiklet kiraladım bisiklet yeni ve çok konforluydu ve elektrikli olmasının vermiş olduğu ayricalikla yokuş çıkarken hiç efor sarfetmeme gerek kalmadi bu bisikletle yarım ada turum çok eğlenceli geçti fiyat uygundu ve personel çok ilgiliydi sultanahmete diğer gelişimde kesinlikle yine uğrayıp bisiklet almayı düşünüyorum çalışan arkadaşlara tesekur ediyorum

Wir haben mit unserer Gruppe von 5 Freunden ein Fahrrad von diesem Haus gemietet und waren sehr zufrieden.Ich würde es auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der Istanbul schneller und angenehmer besuchen möchte. Es ist die beste Alternative für diejenigen, die Verkehr hassen.

It was amazing experiance. We drove about 5 hours. Battary wasn't dead. It recharges itself when using pedal. They gave us charger but we didn't need to use.They have different type of models. It was so fun to go Taksim wlth E-bikes. All sea side and Sultanahmet then Besiktas, then ortakoy....
