2 months lead time turned into 7 months. Quality is really not good. Fixtures are not assembled correctly, mechanisms are loose and not installed correctly. Communication is awful. Sales guy tried hard, but standard is I will ask". No authority and almost seems to be dealing with a third party. my lift and slide windows were made oversize so they do not lock together on sliding and let's in air and sound. No help from them on any of the issues
