Extremely pathetic service. Stops every 15 minutes and no one on the bus can confirm the arrival time. You might think some foreigner is writing this. But trust me I have traveled several cities and this one is the WORST service ever. DONT TRY THIS!!!

Horrible bus service option from Goreme (Cappadocia) to Istanbul. After hours on the bus with multiple bus stops in between while picking up passengers we got into a very bad experience. When the bus got to Ankara several men got in the bus and kept looking at my group of 4 (3 women and 1 men)A couple minutes later one men came over to my brother and started screaming at him and demanding his seat. Another men on the bus got involved asking my brother to move. It got very hostile from their end and we didn’t understand them. We looked at the bus attendant for support and he didn’t do anything. This one men who was screaming at my brother ended up not getting on. Even though we don’t understand Turkish it was obvious that he was cursing at my brother for being a foreigner and not Turkish. It really made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. What bother us the most was the lack of assistance from the bus operator to stop this behavior. If you are a foreigner please don’t take this bus!
