Ich habe noch nie so eine schlimme Autovermietung gesehen. Bitte alle fernhalten. Da gibts nur extra kosten. Abzocke. Ich werde auch gerichtlich vorgehen. Bitte aufpassen!!!!!!Hayatimda bukadar kötü araba kiralama sireketi görmedim. Bunun icin mahkemeye bas vurucam. dikkat edin ve bu sirketden asla araba kiralamayin.Yanlis bilgiler giriliYor ve sonra sizden yine 1 günlük araba kiralama bedeli isteniyor. Ve daha neler….

Araç kiraladık ,Telefonumuza mesaj gelemedi diye araç alamadık,Para iadesi istedim mağdur oldugun için mail çektim Pegasus üzeri kiralama olduğu için orayafa yazdım konuştum ama nafile Geri ödeme hibir şekilde olmadı illaki çıkar onlardan.kimseye tavsiye etmem

DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I rented a car from car wiz trough an agent / broker website on which I paid for an upgraded car with full insurance coverage and airport terminal delivery. To begin with, Carwiz did not deliver the car in the airport as promised and took me a offside delivery facility. Offered me a completely different car than I rented. Asked about my passport copy which was not told during the rental.I showed my passport card but they did not accept getting a copy caused extra trouble . During the paperwork they wanted to charge extra for collision waiver which was already included in the rate. Finally they said they need to charge the balance of my payment through an Internet payment gateway which my credit card did not allow due to security. They had a POS machine which they already used for the deposit,.but refused to use it for payment. I offered cash, but they did not accept it either. Eventually I ended up going back to the airport and rent a different car paying high last minute rates and lost over 2 hours of my life for this terrible.company. Maybe I was just lucky to avoid who knows what problems they would cause. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!!!

They keep charging my card 3-4 months after returning the car. This is not acceptable! They were very slow, very rude. They gave us an empty tank of fuel. The part of renting and returning the car was the worst part of my trip because of Car Wiz.

29.09 tarihinde adana ofisten araç kiraladım 02.10 teslim ettim depozit olarak çekilen 350 eu hala yatırılmadı teslimde 10 günde iade olacak dendi defalarca aramama rağmen iade ettik ,edeceğiz sıra bekliyor vs bahanelerle oyalıyorlar 35 gün oldu. Daha kurumsal bilindik firmaları tercih edin

Havalimanında ofis falan yok. Internette o şekilde satılıyor. Benim için bu çok önemliydi. Ofisin kendisi Gaziemir'de.140 TL civarlarında HGS kesilmeliydi. 220 TL kesildi. Üç kağıtçılık ve yalanda Dünya'da bir numarayız.

WORST EVER! Izmir Airport location. They are very late to pick you up, we were waiting at the airport for more than 1 hour. Once you get to the office, they are very unprofessional and lazy. Took almost another hour to get the car ready. They give you the car with empty tank, because it's impossible to return it empty. And they steal the gas remaining in the tank, don't give you any refund for the excess gas and keep giving empty cars to the next customers. If you pay attention, you can see some gas gallons around the parking lot because that's a standard practice from them. Bizarre disrespect, never again and please do not give your money to this kind of company

Arnaque !Après avoir fait une réservation sur rentalcars. Nous arrivons avec 1 carte de crédit Mastercard et 1 carte de début visa. Le TPE du loueur ne fonctionne pas. Il nous reconduit à l’aéroport pour louer une autre voiture avec une autre agence (forcément 3 fois plus chère) en nous certifiant que nous allions être remboursé.Depuis octobre je me bataille avec rentalcars pour un remboursement…Carwiz injoignable…

Their vehicles were very new and clean. The staff was helpful during the rental process. If you call and contact when you get off the plane, they will pick you up from the airport because their office is outside the airport but not far. After returning the vehicle, they drop you off at the airport.
