But, unfortunately, and it is very shameful for a company that is supposed to respect its name and reputation, that what happened happened to me, as the employee said that it is not possible for this defect to happen in our company, and that the exchange process may take more than 15 days, and I am traveling on the day Next to Canada, how can I get this? It is very, very shameful for your company. I gave them the damaged jacket and I will travel to Canada tomorrow. They did not exchange it or return the money to me. It is theft, fraud, and something shameful against your company. Shame on you.
