Very good Hotel and very good stuff

On 03/01/2023 I arrived at the hotel around 5:00 PM after a long 13 hours flight, when i arrived there everything was messed up there was bags in the reception area everywhere and a huge construction was going on in the hotel and the streets around the hotel, the wifi was not working and my room was not ready. The Manager Karim asked me to wait for 15-20 minutes until they clean my room but i asked him to cancel my reservation and refund my money because nothing was the same as shown in the pictures but he refused and said if you wanna stay you have to pay all the due amount of 3 nights in advance in cash if not he will not refund me the one night i paid. I decided to leave and make a reservation in another hotel.Overall it was a poor experience.

Personnel très cool et serviable. Les chambres sont en standing normal. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Istanbul.

Özellilkle çatı katında ki oda müsaitse kesinlikle orda konaklamanızı tavsiye ederim. Gerçekten muazzam bir balkonu ve manzarası var. Balkonun büyüklüğü diğer otellerdeki oda büyüklüğü kadar diyebilirim. Ayrica otelin hemen önünde yer alan balaturca cafeden de odaya yemek ya da içecek söyleyebiliyorsunuz. Otel personeliyle herhangi bir diyaloğum olmadığı için o konuda yorumda bulunamayacağım ancak 2 gece sorunsuz ve güzel şeklide konakladım. Eğer bir daha istanbulda konaklayacaksam bu kesinlikle tekrardan burada olur

The best hotel for motorcyclists. They have a very secure private parking - you enter the yard through the gate. Tiger 955i with Heed crash bars entered without a problem. The Manager Karim and the rest of the Service are very friendly and helpful.The room overlooks the Golden Horn and the ancient walls. We walked everywhere on foot. The rooms are very clean and atmospheric. I recommend!

Location is superb! 55T Bus takes you downtown to Eminounu and the Grand Bazaar and across the golden horn. Tram T5 connects you to M7 Metro. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Great place to stay.
