Avoid this place if you value your possessions. We left a bag of laundry and it came back minus a sock and 2 handkerchiefs. They showed no interest in helping us. The only bad experience we had in Turkey. Not recommended

Während meinem letzten Aufenthalt in Istanbul quartierte ich in einer Residenz im Stadtteil Pera. Da sich bereits nach einer Woche ein voller Koffer getragener Kleidung häufte, suchten wir nach einer professionellen Reinigung, welcher wir auch hochwertige Kleidungsstücke anvertrauen konnten. Unser Unterkunftgeber empfahl uns Pertek. Daraufhin haben wir sie telefonisch kontaktiert. Weil wir viele Artikel aufzugeben hatten, nahmen sie uns die Arbeit ab und holten die Kleidungsstücke selber ab und lieferten diese nach der Reinigung auch wieder reibungslos an unsere Adresse. Abholung, Reinigung und Lieferung nach Hause nahmen nur einen Tag in Anspruch. Außerdem sind die Preise für diesen Service sehr angemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Professional but 250tl for less than 2kg bag is a bit steep. They don't speak English so best to use translation app. The costing is not based on per kilo, which is normally the norm around Istanbul. I guess they just look at the bag and that you are not local - bump the price.

Very professional dry cleaners. This is where I would take anything that I might not be sure about in other dry cleaners...one of the best in Istanbul! They can also do small repairs and alterations.

After 2 weeks in Turkey, we were starting to run out of clothes, and instead of paying an exorbitant price per piece at our hotel, or going to a self serve laundromat and wasting valuable sightseeing time, we hesitantly took our clothes to this establishment. It was a little rocky at the beginning as nobody spoke English, but I managed to speak to one of the owners in French, and we were able to wash two big bags of mixed clothes for $60AUD. These clothes were ready by close of business, clean, pressed, and folded. We were very happy with the quality of the wash, and the efficient turnaround time. If you are in the Pera area of Istanbul I can highly recommend this business.

I highly recommend using this laundry service. They did a great job at a fraction of the costs the hotels are charging. Although they don’t speak fluent English which is just fine, you can easily get by as they are accustomed to tourist customers. I had my laundry done same day. They folded and wrapped the laundry in neat wrapping paper and put all the clean wrapped laundry in a big bag.

They washed my expensive suit in the washing machine. The suit is irreparably destroyed now. I'm working in Textiles, so I know 100% what I'm talking about. I can't wear this suit anymore to serious business meetings. Their behavior was very irresponsible. You can wash here your T-Shirts and pullovers, but don't give them anything sensitive.
